Migrate Exchange 2013 to Office 365 has different ways to accomplish this. One preferred method for this is to use the hybrid migration option which would also enable the mailboxes to be moved in batches hence done in a gradual manner. Firstly, the hybrid migration is started through the configuration of migration endpoints by using the login credentials and connections details of the existing exchange server. Also, there are other third-party tools available such as Shoviv Exchange Migration Tool that can help to speed up the migration process with some key features including analysis before migration of data, selective data transfer, secure data transmission, user-friendly interface and so on. I will use Shoviv tools to forward the mailboxes, incremental migration, and synchronization of between multiple source and destination mailboxes without any errors.
